Institutional giants, including foreign portfolio investors, domestic mutual funds, and insurance firms, participated heavily in the round. Notably, Premji Invest, the investment vehicle of Azim Premji, also secured a stake during the process.
The issue was finalized at Rs 1,615 per share, offered at a strategic discount to the SEBI-mandated floor price. This move signals continued confidence from the institutional sector in the company's long-term utility strategy.
