Shares of Ceigall India experienced a notable boost, climbing 4% in early trading sessions. This positive market movement comes on the heels of the company clinching a prestigious contract valued at approximately ₹705 crore.
The project, awarded by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH), involves the construction of a critical stretch of the Frontier Highway in Arunachal Pradesh. Ceigall India will execute this engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) mandate in collaboration with Sushee Infra & Mining.
The agreement outlines an ambitious timeline, with a four-year construction window followed by a five-year maintenance period. This deal significantly expands the firm's footprint in India's strategic road infrastructure sector.
Industry analysts view this order as a key growth driver, solidifying Ceigall's regional dominance and enhancing its project pipeline as the company continues to scale its domestic infrastructure operations.
